Can you think of any other ways med school is like kindergarten? Feel free to shout 'em out!

(P.S. Thanks to everyone who offered birthday wishes the other day...)

  1. You need to wear different clothes than your school clothes to prevent messes.

Art class in kidnergarten, gross anatomy in med school!

  2. I wish I could be more helpful here, but I'm afraid I've internalized the med school experience so much that I can't recall which parts were like kindergarten.

However, you COULD run another comic about how med school is like junior high.

  3. OMDG, it's so funny you should say that because I used to constantly whine about how med school was just like junior high. Apparently, this feeling is universal.

  4. Well, if you decide to run something like that, I'll take the opportunity to link your blog in my post about how the rumor spread that I was pregnant when I got married to my husband in the middle of 1st year.

  6. you could do one about interviewing for residency and how it is just like internet dating: writing your profile, waiting by the computer, going on 1st dates, thinking about weather they like you and weather you like them, looking at other options, going on multiple dates in the same city, etc. etc.

  8. I really like your cartoons! The only thing I can compare it to in my own life is grad school at 40 while working a full time split teaching schedule with a 3 hour round trip commute. In Philosophy, no less!

  9. Everone says kindergarten kids are adorable but when they touch their stuff they get angry.
Everyone says medical students are cool but when they are sick and you want to take history they get angry :)
