Ok - I confess to doing the second one in our 1st yr medical student halloween contest. I was "Toxic MEGA MEGA MEGA colon." I got 2 light brown terry cloth towels, bunched up the sides with safety pins to make some rugae -- wore it and made the sign. Yes - terrible nerd.
