I think it was on my second day on the floor as a RN that I made the mistake of answering the attending as to what meds a pt was on/had been given. The poor resident had NO clue -- and I didn't realize that the point of that exercise was for the attending to humiliate the resident by making him hunt down a working laptop, log in, get all the meds, etc.
Yes, those are all key.
