I had this friend in college named Mike who was a bit of a downer. Like he'd always be the one to point out things like, "College is the best time in our lives. It's all downhill from here."
Anyway, one day he said, sort of out of nowhere, "One great thing about being a man is that I won't be lonely when I get old. It's really easy for elderly men who are single to find women."
And I said, "You realize that's because most of you will be dead, right??"
I guess I was the one who was the downer there. I suppose I can see his point though.
I have found it easy to find women, he must have some major issues if he had trouble meeting women. I am proud to say I must be growing up, a womans inner beauty is more important than her looks. (I have realized life is too short to spend time with someone that is alwas bitching)
ReplyDeleteThis guy always had trouble meeting women and is still single in his mid-30s. It's probably more about the person than the gender.
DeleteAHAHAHAH!! "who is always bitching"...I'm glad you realized that buddy! There are a lot of princesses out there who look really good, but truly are always bitching and can't seem to spend enough on an accessory that's going to be out of fashion in two seconds.
DeleteBut that is not something exclusive to women! Both men and women can be unattractive, bitchy, extremely bossy, and, on top of that, ugly as hell, right?
DeleteA classmate of mine (one of the few guys in my class) has all of these "qualities". He treats his classmates like trash. He's had a girlfriend for a few months. I don't really think it will last...
