2. Dark meat Chicken McNuggets

3. Pop rocks

4. Twinkies (not really)

  1. Pop rocks totally still exist! They just aren't sold at that many stores. You can still find them at a lot of candy shops, though. :)

  2. I once gave my youngest brother pop-rocks. He still doesn't trust candy from me.

  3. Every time I am in the ice cream aisle (pretty much every time I am in the grocery store), I look for the Jello pudding pops...and mourn their demise once again.

  4. So true re: dark meat nuggets. My sister and I used to make sure we each got our fair share because there would only be about 3 in a box of 20 (btw we grew up in Taiwan and Australia).

  5. Pop rocks are alive and well, my friend. I'm an attorney and recently had a case involving pop rocks. I also had a generic pudding pop a few weeks ago.

  6. Gawd...you had awful taste as a kid. Except for the Jello pops....I wouldn't touch any of those nasty things. The dark meat chicken McNuggets sound uber nasty.

  7. You can make your own pudding pops, just use popsicle moulds and freeze pudding mix instead of putting it int he fridge to set.

  9. Bonnano Turkish Taffy bars - and, before you start sending suggestions - they were unlike any taffy you can get today. They were pull-your-teeth-out chewy and, if you froze the bar, you could smash it into melt-in-your-mouth pieces. I also checked with a candy guru who confirmed that yes, the company has indeed, gone out of business. TCG
