New Book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm proud and excited to announce the release of my newest (and possibly final) book, Brain Damage.

Buy it now on Amazon!

From the back cover:

After years of hard work, Dr. Charly McKenna finally has it all. Prosperous career as a dermatologist? Check. Spacious apartment overlooking Central Park? Check. Handsome lawyer husband? Double check.

Then one night, a bullet rips through the right side of her skull and she loses everything.

As Charly struggles to recover from her brain injury, she begins to realize that the events of that fateful night are trapped in the damaged right side of her brain. Now she must put the jigsaw pieces together to discover the identity of the man who tried to kill her... before he finishes the job he started.

If you want to read an excerpt, go here.

Or just buy it now! It's only $2.99! What have you got to lose? (Aside from $2.99.)

  1. Congratulations Dr. Fizzy! I look forward to reading it. As soon as I'm done with the book I just started I'll dig in. What's this "possibly final" stuff? I would bet there are more inside your brain, but may it take a while for them to show or ooze out.

    1. More like probably final. I'm not going to stop writing, but I'm very sick of the editing and advertising aspects of the whole thing. But I had this book written, so I wanted to get it out there. Actually think it's the best one, but I don't have it in me to really sell it.

  3. Another one! I don't know how you do it! You may be tired of editing and marketing, but I still find it impressive that you've come so far as PUBLISHING them! I'll definitely be reading this one, too.

  4. Forgot to ask in my other comment...are you donating proceeds again?? How many pages are in this book? It's not showing up on my iPad?? I'm having a hard time getting into the book I'm reading now; that's after reading two other books in 3 days! So, I'm excited to be able to put it aside to make way for your book! Perfect timing, Fizzy! Thanks again!

    1. It's about 400 pages, and I'm being a dirty capitalist and keeping any money this time, although we have a lot of donations that we do regardless of the books. (We will probably be giving massive amounts to the Democratic Party to stop a certain someone.) Not sure about the iPad thing…

    2. You should go right ahead and be that dirty capitalist! Really, Fizzy you want to stop a certain GOP??? J/K.....I don't know who all these people are because I've yet to find someone whose planning to support him? Don't get me wrong, I can have a respectful & intelligent conversation w/ anyone whose political views differ! I think part of that has to do w/ my Uncle being a Senator!

    2. Oh my gosh, that's great. Since you liked it, could I trouble you for an Amazon review? It would really help me.

  8. Bought the book. Check.

At 2.99 per book, I'd hardly call you a dirty capitalist.

I don't know if you've shared this or not, but if you're willing to share n what's your medical specialty? I ask because I'm going to read your book partly to gain some insight into what my friend was feeling when she had left frontal lobe GBM, which eventually went bilateral. It was difficult to know what she was thinking and feeling not only because of speech difficulties resulting from the pressure or brain damage but also because she was always very pragmatic and not one to share much in the way of feelings.

I'm laughing because my medical specialty is my email address.
